House District 14 is located in northern Colorado Springs, south of the Air Force Academy and on both the east and west sides of I-25, to roughly Centennial Blvd on the west, the city boundary to the north, a bit beyond Powers Blvd on the east, and a little south of Vickers Drive.
HD14 is divided into 48 precincts, or neighborhoods with approximately 1,000 registered voters in each precinct, for a total of 47,814 voters. Party registration: Republicans: 49.8%; Democrats: 18.8%; Unaffiliated: 30.9% Other parties: 231 - less than one half of one percent.
All of HD is contained within Senate District 9, which includes parts of House Districts 16, 18 and 20. House District 14 is in Congressional District 5. Elected officials currently representing the district include Rep. Kent Lambert and Sen. Dave Schultheis. Congressman Doug Lamborn represents CD5.
Students who live in House District 14 may attend classes in School Districts 11 or 20.
